This ensures that we cannot relate these items of information to specific persons and we do  not transfer such information to any third parties. Piwik also allows to object the use of the tracking cookie: You can decide, if you wish to allow a unique web analysis cookie to be filed in your browser, in order to allow the website operator to collect and analyse various statistical data. Theoretically speaking, there is a possibility that due to the referer information sent via the user’s browser conclusions can be drawn about the user; in addition it may happen that the fictitious names of the usage profiles will be merged with identifiable data. The user profile is designed in line with Sect. 15, subsection 3 TMG for promotion, market research or the design of the service which is tailored to suit the needs of the market. Consequently, the referer plug-in is an active one. We would like to point out that we never bring together any data we collect in the analysis with data about the user of the alias by appropriate technical or organisational measures, in order to safeguard the principle of separation (Sections 13 (4), 15 (3) TMG). The data collected will be deleted once the statistics has been set up or upon the user’s request, or, if the specific type of storage does not allow the data to be deleted or only through a disproportionate effort, it will be blocked.
