This gantry solution developed by OWIS Engineering, consisting of the new positioners with linear drive LINPOS M-300, offers 2 degrees of freedom and ensures fast and precise positioning of the test object. Continuous motion or uniform step sizes in the sub-µ range – the processes are characterized by a very high repeatability. Ideal prerequisite for high cycle rates with highest precision at the same time.
With the OWIS modular system of standard components, we set up and calibrate multi-axis systems according to your requirements.
