The OWIS Vacuum product line includes manual and motorized positioners as well as beam handling systems and optomechanical components. Thanks to our own R&D department and high vertical range of manufacture, we realize individual adaptions very flexibly. The individual parts are cleaned, assembled, measured, tested and packed safely in the OWIS Clean Room. Everything from a single source!
