Sustainability grows with every decision, every initiative and every step we take. Our second Klimawin report highlights what we have achieved so far, what we are currently working on and why transparency matters just as much as progress.
For us, sustainability means taking responsibility for the long term. Some improvements become visible quickly, while others take time. That's why our focus is not on presenting spectacular one-off initiatives every year, but on continuously improving and openly sharing our progress.
Our second Klimawin report documents this journey. It highlights the measures we have implemented, the progress we have made and the areas where we continue to see opportunities for improvement.
USING ENERGY RESPONSIBLY.
One important milestone has been reducing our energy consumption. Compared to 2023, we reduced it by 19.5% in 2025. At the same time, we continue to use 100% green electricity and generate solar power with our photovoltaic systems wherever possible.
SUSTAINABILITY STARTS WITH PEOPLE.
Sustainability is about more than reducing energy consumption or using resources efficiently. It also means creating a workplace where people enjoy working. By redesigning our break area, we have created a space that encourages people to relax, connect and spend time together.
CREATING OPPORTUNITIES.
Talent and dedication alone are not always enough. For young athletes in the Nordic Paraski Team Germany, travelling to training camps and competitions often involves considerable organizational effort.
As a mobility partner, we help cover the team's ongoing transport costs. We have extended this financial support until 2030.
Every step counts. Together with our employees, partners and customers, we are continuously moving forward – responsibly, transparently and with the ambition to keep improving, day by day.
