Once you have purchased an OWIS product or system, our technical support team is on hand to help and advise you. We are happy to answer your application questions, rectify faults and – if necessary – carry out appropriate repair services.

First-level support

Please contact our free first-level support. You can reach us on weekdays at +49 7633 9504-510 or service@owis.eu. Please note our service hours.

Ideally, you would fill out the support form when you first contact us. This has the advantage for you that we can deal with your question or the fault you have described in advance and can help you more quickly with appropriate support. Usually on the same day.

If the fault cannot be rectified via the free first-level support, please return the faulty product to us.

After receiving the article and inspecting it, we will inform you about the necessary measures including a service or repair offer. Once you have placed your order, we will carry out the service or repair work offered quickly and reliably so that trouble-free operation is restored.

If you decide against the service or repair, we will charge a processing fee.

Please proceed as follows when returning goods:

  1. Download the RMA form and fill it out completely.
  2. If your product has come into contact with harmful substances, please also complete the decontamination form integrated in the RMA form, sign the declaration of decontamination and enclose any necessary documents with your return shipment.
  3. Follow the packaging instructions when returning the goods.
  4. Enclose the completed RMA form, the declaration of decontamination and any other required documents with your return shipment.
  5. Please email all documents in advance to service@owis.eu. This way we can guarantee fast and smooth processing.
