The tilt stages NT 40 are high-resolution tilting elements which are preferably mounted horizontally. The axis of rotation is defined by the centres of two precision steel balls. The tilting angle is set by a micrometer or a fine-thread screw.
The fastening grids enable them to be combined to 2-axis setups. Furthermore, they can be combined with other OWIS components, measuring, translation, elevator and rotary stages.
